Use the Customer menu to:

- Place an order on behalf of a customer - this option is shown for OPERATORs only.
- View customer contact details, application account details, water account details, notification settings, and order history.

# Search for Customers

Search using customer Name, Email Address, or Phone Number.

> ℹ️ **Note**
> ℹ️ 
> ℹ️ By default, retired customer accounts won’t be shown in any search results but you can use the Show Retired option to include these accounts.

# Request an Order for a Customer

This option is only available if the customer is an Operator (SP OPERATOR) for an outlet. It allows you to place orders on behalf of the customer.

# View Customer Details

This option shows:

- Customer contact details,
- Customer application account details
- Customer water account details (the same details as on the [https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NC/pages/1930166283](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NC/pages/1930166283) screen)
- Customer orders (the same details as on the [https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NC/pages/1914765702](https://rubiconwater.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NC/pages/1914765702) screen).
- Customer roles.
- Customer default notification settings
