Some reasons that may lead to an order being rejected include:

- The order overlaps with an existing order
- The order overlaps with a maintenance period
- The order exceeds the available allocation
- The order flow rates are incompatible with the flow rate or rate of change limits for the outlet or the supplying regulators.
- There is no capacity to supply the order
- The outlet is stopped.

In these cases, an error message is displayed and you may be able to modify the order appropriately. If the problem is with the timing of the order, an alternative time is suggested which you have the option to accept.
